Kettle Hills Golf Course Offers Family Golf and a Grandparent and Grandkid Tournament

Kettle Hills Golf Course brings family fun to all generations with programs for new golfers and a family golf tournament.

Richfield, WI Sundays in June, July and August after 1:00 p.m. Kettle Hills Golf Course is creating a golf experience for the whole family. This summer for $20 per family (up to 4 people, additional children are $5 each, 2 adults maximum) families can play nine holes on the Rolling Nine with a reserved tee time, hit unlimited range balls, enjoy putting green games, and participate in SNAG golf (Starting New At Golf).

SNAG is a family friendly way to introduce junior golfers to the sport. Starting New at Golf utilizes colorful tennis balls and oversized, shortened clubs to teach people, from toddler to adult, the basics of the sport.

On Friday, July 17, Kettle Hills is hosting a grandparent and grandkid tournament. There is a 10:00 a.m. shotgun start for this nine-hole scramble. Tickets are $40 for each twosome with flights by age and a sandwich buffet lunch at the conclusion. Gifts and prizes will be given out to tournament participants.

Kettle Hills is a premier Wisconsin golf course, complete with 45 holes over two 18-hole courses and 1 9-hole run. Kettle Hills is a family owned business that has been providing family fun while growing the game of golf since 1987. Don and Ruby Zimmermann built the course which was then run by their children. It is now owned and operated by their two boys Dwight and Brian Zimmermann. The courses are set in the scenic kettle hills and run through beautiful wooded terrain. Kettle Hills is perfect for golfers of any level, and it is conveniently located, given its location just 20 miles north of downtown Milwaukee. Kettle Hills offers private golf instruction by PGA and LPGA staff, a full-service golf shop, a driving range, and two practice greens. If relaxation is more your style, there are snack cabanas, a full-service bar and grill, Friday night fish fry and on course beverage services. Kettle Hills is an ideal destination for an afternoon of golf.
