An Update Concerning Milwaukee Golf Company and COVID-19:
Dear Loyal Customers,
With the onset of the recent COVID-19 pandemic, we felt it pertinent to address the problem and the plan we’ve instituted to keep our employees and loyal customers safe. We recognize the threat COVID-19 poses to individuals and are committed to maintaining the safety and health of our community.
At a time when social distancing is important to “flatten the curve” and stop the spread of this virus, golf serves as an invaluable and safe way to get outside and maintain high spirits. Our staff are taking appropriate measures to minimize contact and follow public health recommendations. Tee times have been respaced to reduce numbers on the course, and may be reserved online if desired, or outdoors at mobile registration. As is recommended by the CDC, employees and customers will maintain a 6-foot separation at all times, and gloves will be used when handling cash or credit cards. We recommend that customers, too, follow these parameters. Carts will be sanitized prior to arrival and upon return, keys will be left inside them to minimize contact, and sanitizing sprays will be made available for customers who would like to spray their carts again. Most importantly, any employee feeling ill in any capacity will not be allowed on the premises, and we urge customers to act similarly to maintain the safety of the public. Further updates will follow as the information surrounding this ever-changing pandemic develops and as we monitor current affairs.
This is an unprecedented situation for everyone, and we appreciate your patience and support during this trying time. We love golf just as much as you do and urge you to continue to support your local businesses and be thoughtful of those around you.
